Many, many years ago, Ellen, Jane and Jorge Canseco and I took a bus trip to Mexico. I have never laughed so much in my life. What a wonderful adventure. Dancing with the sailors who happened to be in port, watching the cleaning lady scoop water from the pool to clean the rooms, exploring the world across the border. My memories of the 70's all involve fun times with Ellen. Her heart was always focused on her students. She could bring the best from even the most struggling child. She loved them and they loved her. The world is a little less happy without Ellen. Rest in peace my friend. Love, Ginka
